Wisconsin Master Naturalist
In June 2017 I completed the 40-hour basic training to become a Wisconsin Master Naturalist. This training was held by a great group - Empire-Sauk chapter of The Prairie Enthusiasts. We focused on prairie and savanna systems in the Driftless area. I will continue to volunteer to keep my Master Naturalist certification. So far I have assisted in stream monitoring, species surveys, and prescribed burns.
Virginia Master Naturalist
in December 2016 I completed the basic training through the Arlington Regional Master Naturalists to become a Virginia Master Naturalist member. I will continue to support this group from afar as I am able. I am also a member of the Virginia Native Plant Society.

Member and Co-President of GreenUR
For my entire four years at the University of Richmond, I was deeply involved with the environmental clubs. There were two competing clubs, and I was pivotal in bringing these groups together into one larger and stronger club, GreenUR. I was the main proponent for recycling on campus and put together the Recyclemania competition on campus.
